I like to experiment, and sometimes it takes a couple of tries before it tastes right. This is my first attempt to make an alternative to frozen pizza snacks. The outcome was good. The bites pulled apart from the pan, the cheese was melted and delicious. It wasn’t perfect though. My boyfriend and I agree it needs more tomato sauce, more garlic, and probably butter. My own fault, I attempted to be healthier with avocado oil instead of butter. Next time, I think pepperoni would be a good addition.
