My husband loves wings, and I have found that wings are not my absolute favorite. What has become my favorite is hot “cauliflower” wings! They are still covered in our homemade wing sauce and excellent to dip in our newest addition to Wing Night….dip! Some people like ranch, some like dressings, but I like to have a thicker delicious dip.
RECIPE: Wing Night Dip
Makes 1 Pot or 4 servings
SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Bowl
Spatula
INGREDIENTS:
Mayo
Whole Milk
Lemon Juice
Garlic Powder
Blue Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Hot Cauliflower Wings
Hot Wings
Celery
Carrots
DIRECTIONS:
1) In a bowl, place a scoop of mayo, probably around a 1/2 to 2/3 cups.
2) Top with about a 1/2 to 1 tablespoon lemon juice, a heavy shake of garlic powder, 2 ounces of blue cheese, a sprinkle of salt, and a few grinds of black pepper.
3) Mix everything together thoroughly. Stir in whole milk until the perfect creamy consistency is formed. I prefer to stir by hand to leave some of the blue cheese in chunks.
4) Serve with pieces of celery, baby carrots, and wings of all styles!
